The Board of Adjustment (BOA) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Chamber, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023, to receive public comments on a request by Daniel and Juanita Stewart for a variance to Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 98 Zoning, Section 98-62, to add on to an existing non-conforming garage built beyond the front line of the home that would encroach on the platted front yard setback of 30 feet and encroach on the required side yard setback of 25 feet on a single-family residential zoned lot located at 10309 Rafter S. Trail, Helotes, Texas 78023, and described as BCAD Property ID No. 242691.
An item report by City Staff will be available when the Board of Adjustment Agenda is posted to consider this application. The Agenda is posted at least 72 hours before the meeting date.
