Local Check

The Helotes Police Department local check is limited to information collected in the City of Helotes (i.e., traffic tickets, police reports, or accidents). All local background checks require a signed and notarized “Release of Information” document from the person identified in the background check. If the person identified in the background check visits the office in person, the office requires a valid form of identification prior to processing the request.
