Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the preferred issue date to allow for the approval process and production of the document itself. The City receives multiple requests to present Proclamations. As such, formal presentation of Proclamations at City Council meetings is limited. If a formal presentation at a City Council meeting is available, the expectation is there will be a representative on hand to receive the Proclamation from the Mayor. If a formal presentation at a City Council meeting is not available, the Proclamation can be picked up at City Hall. Please review the Proclamation Procedure prior to submitting your request.
