The Board of Adjustment (BOA) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023, to receive public comments on a request by Lorenzo and Molly Sanchez (the “Applicant”) for a variance to Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 98 Zoning, Section 98-62, authorizing an encroachment on the required side yard setback of 25 feet on a single-family residential zoned lot located at 10102 Bricewood Run, Helotes, Texas 78023, identified as BCAD Property ID No. 1266866.
The Applicant requests a side yard setback variance to allow the construction of a swimming pool approximately 5 feet from the side (east) property line. A minimum side yard setback of 25 feet is required in an R-1, Single Family Residential District.
An item report by City Staff will be available when the Board of Adjustment Agenda is posted to consider this application. The Agenda is posted at least 72 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
