City of Helotes is requesting sealed proposals from qualified respondents for law enforcement body-worn camera and in-vehicle camera systems, with a single management platform and video storage. The proposal should also include installation, warranty, training, software, and maintenance support for all products.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Friday, December 8, 2023. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. How to submit:
