The City of Helotes City Council will hold public hearings on Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 58, Article III Minors, Division I Curfew to continue the juvenile curfew regulations that are in effect. Texas Local Government Code Section 370.002 requires cities to review their juvenile curfew ordinance every three years. Two public hearings will be held to give all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the continuation of the ordinance. The hearings will be held in the Helotes City Hall Council Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023, on the following dates:
- 1st public hearing – Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
- 2nd public hearing – Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
An item report by City Staff will be available when the City Council Agendas are posted for consideration of this item. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
