City of Helotes is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the collection, transportation, and disposal of household hazardous waste (HHW) at two (2) one-day events held annually by the City. The selected proposer shall perform the specified service, twice annually, on a mutually agreed upon date within the calendar year, at the quoted prices.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Friday, December 8, 2023. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. How to submit:
