City of Helotes requests sealed bids from qualified contractors to reconstruct low water crossings on Parrigin Road just north of Indian Trail and on Circle A Trail just south of Lazy F Trail. The project includes replacing the existing drainage infrastructure to minimize erosion at the street crossing and includes San Antonio Water Systems (SAWS) joint-bid improvements.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall, 12951 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023, at 10 am CST on Monday, November 11, 2024.
Sealed bids marked “CSB #24‐05 PARRIGIN RD. AND CIRCLE A TR. DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS” will be accepted until 10 am CST on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Helotes City Hall, Attn: City Secretary, 12951 Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX 78023. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are available at www.CivCastUSA.com. There is no cost to view the bid documents and they can be downloaded and printed through the website. The City reserves the right to reject any bid.
