City of Helotes, Texas, requests sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide fire sprinkler inspection and maintenance at identified city-owned facilities in compliance with Chapter 5 Sprinkler Systems of NFPA 25 and all future versions of the NFPA. The service, as guided by NFPA, will be performed on a mutually agreed date within the calendar year at the quoted prices. The primary term shall be for three years, with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on Friday, May 9, 2025. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. How to submit:
