City of Helotes is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a 70’ x 130’ metal storage building for public works located at the Helotes Municipal Complex, 12951 Bandera Road. This includes architectural design/stamped engineered drawings required of the contractor, site work, and building construction to meet the International Building Code (IBC).
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. How to submit:
