City of Helotes requests sealed bids from qualified contractors for approximately 45,800 LF of pavement markings on various City streets, including Old Bandera Road, Riggs Road, Floore Drive, Antonio Drive, and Scenic Loop Road.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall, 12951 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023, at 10 am CST on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Sealed bids marked “CSB #25‐01 Pavement Markings” will be accepted until 10 am CST on Friday, June 20, 2025. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
