City of Helotes, Texas, requests sealed bids from qualified contractors for the repair, restoration, and painting of all exterior building trim, molding, fascia boards, and related architectural elements to restore the aesthetic and structural integrity of the exterior of all the buildings owned by the City, located within the Municipal Complex, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas, 78023. The work for this project shall meet applicable building codes and standards.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Bids shall be marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. How to submit:
