City of Helotes is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for approx. 71,000 LF of roadways to be crack-sealed (TxDOT Specification 712). This project is generally described as the cleaning and sealing of joints and cracks on various City streets, and associated work.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. CST on Friday, July 26, 2024. Bids shall be sealed and marked clearly with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and time on the outside of the package/envelope. Unidentifiable bids will be unopened and marked as non-responsive. All bids shall include one original, one copy, and one electronic copy on a flash drive. The City reserves the right to reject any bids. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. How to submit:
