Benefit Consultant Services Bid Notice

City of Helotes is seeking qualifications from experienced benefits brokerage/consulting firms for services related to the acquisition, maintenance, and improvement of employee benefits and insurance programs. The services will commence on July 1, 2025, to obtain benefits no later than September 1, 2025. The primary term shall be one year, with the City reserving the right to negotiate with the selected firm the final terms and conditions of the contract.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Hall, 12951 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023, at 10 am CST on Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Qualifications in sealed envelopes will be accepted until 3 p.m. CST on Friday, June 6, 2025. No qualifications will be accepted by fax or email. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
