Street maintenance will take place in the subdivisions of Hunter’s Ridge Estates and Iron Horse Canyon starting on Friday, October 8, 2021.
Hunter’s Ridge Estates its entirety and a portion of Iron Horse Way will be micro-surfaced. Micro-surfacing is a protective seal coat that extends the life of the pavement. It is a thin, tough layer of asphalt emulsion blended with finely crushed stone for traction. This application will renew the road surface and seal minor cracks and other irregularities. This preventive maintenance process protects the pavement from moisture penetration and oxidation.

Hunter’s Ridge Estates – Friday, Oct. 8 through Monday, Oct. 11
Iron Horse Canyon – Monday, Oct. 11 through Tuesday, Oct. 12
