City of Helotes seeks proposals from qualified healthcare facilities to provide subscription-based urgent and emergency care at contracted rates for individuals enrolled in the City’s group health insurance plan.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Friday, November 1, 2024. All bids shall include one original, three copies, and one electronic copy on a flash drive. No bids will be accepted by fax or email. How to submit:
