The City of Helotes will hold public hearings to give all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on a request from New Leaf Homes to replat portions of Bricewood Subdivision Unit-5 and establish Bricewood Subdivision Unit-5A by removing residential lots to increase two detention pond areas.
The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023, on the following dates:
- Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. – Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting
- Thursday, April 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. – City Council Meeting
An item report by City Staff will be available when the Agendas are posted to consider this item. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before the date of the meeting.
