The Board of Adjustment (BOA) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023, to receive public comments on a request by Geary Case for a variance to Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 98 Zoning, Section 98-62, for home renovations that would encroach on the front yard setback of 40 feet on a single-family residential zoned lot located at 14111 Circle A Trail, Helotes, Texas 78023, and described as BCAD Property ID No. 242598.
An item report by City Staff will be available when the Board of Adjustment Agenda is posted to consider this application. The Agenda is posted at least 72 hours before the meeting date.
