Henry Hayes joined the City of Helotes as the Interim City Administrator on August 12, 2024. In December 2024, Henry officially serves as the City of Helotes City Administrator. In this role, he oversees a variety of municipal functions, including court, emergency communications, finance, human resources, purchasing, permits, public relations, public works, and special events. Henry works closely with the Mayor and City Council to improve services for residents and visitors.
He comes to Helotes with a vast array of experience in military, municipal, financial services, and executive consulting. He was a Town Manager in Massachusetts prior to moving back to Texas.
Henry has earned a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology and Grand Canyon University. He will soon complete the Master of Public Administration at Grand Canyon University.
