Safety Whys Super Sitter Class

Safety Whys is a copyrighted Babysitter Training Program for youth ages 11-17 that began in Helotes, TX in 1989 and had since expanded to Floresville, TX.  It aims at a continuum for setting quality standards for youth tending to young ones in their care. 

Let Safety Whys teach you how to become a Super Sitter! They’ll show you how to begin your babysitting business, how to plan for activities for kids of all ages, and what to know to prevent emergencies and be prepared for all types of situations. You’ll learn a lot, and you’ll also have fun! Come meet new friends, enjoy pizza lunch, and polish up on some Safety Whys skills in child care. (The program is open to girls and boys!)

• Pre-registration is required – $30 per training
• Participants must be 11-17 years of age (boys & girls)
• Class time is 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. 
  (parents and family are invited to the awards ceremony at 4:30 p.m.)
• Class size is limited
• The program includes a pizza lunch and two snacks
