Please complete the following Temporary Food/Beverage Permit Application for all temporary food/beverage vending within the City of Helotes.

This is a City of Helotes application and should only be submitted if the project is located within the City of Helotes jurisdiction. Applicants are responsible for verifying if an address is located within the City. Find the property on the Bexar County Appraisal District's website at www.bcad.org to confirm permitting jurisdiction before submitting this application. Refunds will not be given for applications submitted that are outside of the City of Helotes jurisdiction. The applicant should also ensure that all information provided on the application is correct before submitting it. Applications can take up to 10 business days to process.

The Helotes Festival Association grounds’ water system is not an approved public water system and cannot be used for drinking or preparing any foods.

I acknowledge that this application may take up to 10 business days to process, and that the City of Helotes Development Service Dept. will contact me regarding any permit, permit number, or permissions granted for this application.
