This event hosted by the Helotes Police Department offers a safe and environmentally friendly way to eliminate medications you no longer need.
Accepted items:
- Prescription meds (including Schedule II–V controlled substances)
- Over-the-counter meds
- Vitamins & samples
- Pet medications
Not Accepted items:
- Needles (sharps)
- Thermometers
- Liquid meds, ointments, lotions
- Inhalers & aerosol cans
- Meds in glass containers
- Waste from businesses/clinics
