Art Show Reception at the Helotes Gallery, (an in person event)

I am an Artist at the Helotes Gallery. Along with the Helotes Gallery, I am planning an Art Show reception at the Gallery for (on/or about) Saturday afternoon.evening, June 28, 2025. The times are being estimated to be from approximately from 4/pm-to 6:30/or 7:00/pm. (SHUTTLE)…I hope to have a good turnout for the show. I plan to offer a “shuttle service” for my guests if parking becomes a problem for the attendees. Question #1 is can I have a “golf cart shuttle service” available for the guests to take them to and from the Gallery for nearby parking. Or would it be legal to have a golf cart on the public roads of Helotes. Question #2: Do I need a permit with the city for such an event? Please respond with your agreement and/or suggestions.
