Helotes Municipal Court to Conduct Warrant Resolution Initiative
Helotes Municipal Court Administrator announced today that the Helotes Municipal Court is conducting a Warrant Resolution Initiative beginning March 1st through March 31st, 2023. Those individuals with active warrants deriving from Class C offenses, such as traffic violations or other Class C misdemeanors, should immediately contact the Helotes Municipal Court to resolve their cases.
The City of Helotes Municipal Court is offering a 25% discount on warrants if paid in full by March 31, 2023. The discount will only be applied if paid in person, by mail, or online (a 3% processing fee will be applied) with the Helotes Municipal Court (YOU MUST CALL TO VERIFY THE DISCOUNT AND AMOUNT TO PAY ONLINE). The Helotes Municipal Court encourages defendants to take advantage of the options available to resolve outstanding warrants. The discount will not be offered after the Warrant Resolution Initiative has ended.
The Helotes Municipal Court is located at: 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, TX 78023. Lobby hours are open Monday-Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 A.M. – 4:45 P.M.
Warrant Officer Cpl. Fontanes encourages “anyone with an outstanding warrant to come and make arrangements with the Court before the initiative ends.” Those with outstanding warrants are subject to arrest at home, work, or other locations if not taken care of.”
