Make Your Voice Heard!
The general elections are fast approaching – do you know how you’ll make your voice heard? Whether you’re planning to vote in person, by mail, or have questions about how to participate, we have resources to support you:
Registration: Check your registration status HERE. If you are unregistered, there is still time! Register by Monday, October 7 to ensure your vote is counted on November 5.
Absentee/By Mail Ballot: You can request your absentee or vote by mail ballot HERE. Ensure it is mailed to the Bexar County Elections Early Voting Clerk by Friday, October 25.
Early Voting: The early vote period in Texas is Monday, October 21 – Friday, November 1. Helotes City Hall is an early vote center; however, registered Bexar County voters can visit any early vote center to cast their vote. Access the early voting calendar HERE.
Election Day Voting: Election Day is on Tuesday, November 5 and polls will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM. Election day vote centers will be posted on the Bexar County Elections website.
Identification Requirements: Find the 7 acceptable forms of photo ID HERE.
