Complete the following form to apply for booth space at the 2025 Helotes Independence Day Celebration

If you do not currently have a Helotes Temporary Food Permit, please email publicrelations@helotes-tx.gov to confirm that you have submitted your application. Please note that food permits are issued by the Helotes Development Services Department, and you may receive your permit closer to the event date. Confirmation that you have applied for one for this event is required. The Sales and Tax Rate in Helotes is 8.25%. A Sales and Use Tax number is required to be a vendor, however, it shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor to correctly collect and report all sales tax information to the State Comptroller. All non-profit booths must provide a valid and active 501(c)(3) verification document. Businesses or services intending to solicit or promote are not eligible to register for this event.

I certify that I have read this application and the policies and procedures available on the City of Helotes website, including (but not limited to) the Code of Conduct. I understand that all booth spaces for the July 3, 2025 event will be assigned by the vendor. I acknowledge that this form is only an application and that submitting it does not guarantee approval to participate in the 2025 Helotes Independence Day Celebration. I understand the application may take several business days to process, and the City of Helotes Marketing & Events Coordinator will contact me at the email address provided regarding approval status and booth assignment. I acknowledge the application deadline is Friday, June 20, at 4:00 PM. I understand that minors under 18 may not be left unattended at vendor booths at any time. I further acknowledge that the City of Helotes and the Helotes Festival Association are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and that on-site law enforcement should be contacted for any safety concerns.
