The deadline to apply is Sunday, June 12 at midnight.

Before completing this form, vendors shall review the Independence Day Celebration Vendor Information on the City of Helotes website at www.helotes-tx.gov/independence-day-2022, including the Code of Conduct.

The Sales and Tax Rate in Helotes is 8.00%. A Sales and Use Tax number is required to be a vendor, however, it shall be the sole responsibility of the vendor to correctly collect and report all sales tax information to the State Comptroller.

I certify that I have read this application and the policies and procedures from the City of Helotes website, including (but not limited to) the Code of Conduct. I understand that all booth spaces for the July 3, 2022 event will be preassigned by event staff.
