Girls Can Book Launch!

Join Helotes author Deb Preston and illustrator James Dufresne as they celebrate the launch of their debut picture book, Girls Can!
They’ll be signing books, offering Girls Can merchandise (including books, stuffed animals, and stickers) at a 10% discount, and hanging out with family, friends, and readers (new friends!) in one of Old Town Helotes’ most popular destinations – the courtyard shared by The Cracked Mug, Congelato, Wine 101, and Busted Sandal Beer Garden.
Deb and James will be set up inside The Cracked Mug, but we invite you to explore the entire area! Come say hi and enjoy coffee at The Cracked Mug or gelato, flatbreads, wine, or beer at the surrounding businesses. We can’t wait to see you there! 
The Cracked Mug: 7 am-8 pm
Congelato: 3 pm-9 pm
Wine 101: 3 pm-11 pm
Busted Sandal Beer Garden: 4:30 pm-10 pm
*Feel free to hang out past 7:30! However, please remember that Wine 101 starts “adult hours” at 7:30, meaning children outside must stay at tables with their parents rather than running around the courtyard.
