Xsellence Realty hosts this event. They look forward to seeing you on August 24! About Uresti: Albert Uresti was born in San Antonio, Texas, and is the oldest of eight (8) siblings. Albert and his wife Elsie have been married for over 45 years and have three (3) children and four (4) grandchildren. While raising a family and working full-time, Uresti received his Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Education from Texas State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. At the same time, he quickly rose the ranks in the San Antonio Fire Department to the position of District Fire Chief, where he retired after 25 years. While working and going to school, Albert also devoted himself to his community, including its youth and Senior Citizens, as a civic leader, volunteer, and coach. Uresti’s involvement in school, youth, church, district, and sports programs has spanned over four (4) decades. Albert has over 40 years of municipal, county, and state government experience, including serving as a City Manager. As the City Manager and Chief Executive Officer for various cities, Albert Uresti provided direction and leadership for the effective administration and operations of all municipal services. Albert prepared and submitted balanced plans and budgets of municipal services employing applicable managerial, budgeting, and accounting procedures to ensure efficient and effective utilization of the City’s resources, including its tax revenues.
