I acknowledge that this application may take up to 15 business days to process, and that the City of Helotes Development Service Dept. will contact me regarding any permit, permit number, or permissions granted for this application.

I acknowledge that State and Federal laws mandate Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) registration of the construction valuation is $50,000 or more. See www.license.state.tx.us

Terms & Agreement 5 *

I acknowledge that State and Federal laws mandate asbestos surveys be completed before commencing commercial renovation / demolition work within the State of Texas. See http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/asbestos

Terms & Agreement 6 *

I acknowledge that C-6 Disposal Systems is the City’s garbage and debris collection franchisee. Contractors shall coordinate all disposal services through the City’s franchisee. See http://www.c6disposal.com

Terms & Agreement 7 *

REQUIRED INSPECTIONS: You are required to contact the Development Services Department at COHInspections@Helotes-TX.gov twenty-four (24) hours in advance to schedule the generator inspection. Inspections are performed Monday through Friday. For following day inspection requests, you must contact Development Services before 4:00 p.m. the day before the inspection is to be conducted. Inspection times vary depending on inspector. Note: The final inspection will not be approved until all outstanding fees have been paid.
