The City of Helotes Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023 to receive public comments on a request by Texas Grounds, LLC for a Specific Use Permit authorizing the use of an existing drive-thru facility for a new coffee and bagel restaurant located at 9708 Business Parkway, Suite 128, Helotes, Texas 78023 in the Helotes Town Center, a multi-tenant shopping center on property zoned General Business District (B3), and identified as BCAD Prop. ID No. 1189831.
City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the same request, on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023.
Helotes Town Center is located on Business Parkway, across from Wal-Mart. The retail suite for the new coffee and bagel restaurant was formerly occupied by Panther Café.
An item report by City Staff will be available when the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council Agendas are posted for consideration of this application. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the date of the meeting.
